This guided workshop is based on Lynn’s original book
"Stepping Beyond Judgment: Embracing Your Truth." You will discover who you
are guided by, what your spiritual core truth is, how you are circuited to
interpret your messages, what your primary coping method is and learn how to discern
rather than judge. By the end of this course, you will recognize your own intuition
and have it available for practical use in everyday life.

points and find the hidden lessons.

in any way? Then it's time for "Setting A New Standard of Living!" This course is
designed to assist you in living the balance and fullness of being a sensual being.
Our newest class to join the ranks of Intuitive Development's Personal Development
Courses was mentioned in Lynn's recently released book, Divine Wisdom. Most of us
know when it's time to make changes, however, setting an entirely new standard of
living is far more in depth. You must be committed to never wanting to return to
your old standard. You must have a commitment that is unwavering. This does not
call for mere change in behavior; it is an entirely different way of life. It is
time to accept your natural state of existence! Includes Lynn's workbook and full
support form our coaching team.

The integration of your acquired skills from all previous
courses culminates in Divine Wisdom. This 4-week course is dedicated to living
fully aware in all areas of life. You will process whenever you are out of alignment,

discover how to shift your consciousness into Divine Wisdom. (Participations must
first have completed all other classes in the Personal Development Series)

Delve Deeper Into Your Human And Spiritual Life By Coaching Others
The second year is designed to implement the tools learned in the first year PDP while assisting
participants in healing the wounds of their past, and maintaining your own personal
alignment. Coaches are assigned a small group of participants that will challenge
and expand their ability to stay in this aligned space while supporting their participants
in learning the fundamentals of the Intuitive Development tools.
In The Coaching Program You Will:
- Coach others, helping them uncover and heal their blocks, wounds and patterns
- Master your ability to receive messages from spirit
- Discern the difference between messages from your mind and those from spirit
- Master alignment: Staying in, recognizing when you or others are out, returning to alignment quickly
- Learn how to coach, guide and mentor others
Program Guidelines & Benefits
- To be eligible you must have completed all of the Intuitive Development Personal Development Program Curriculum.
- Submit a Letter of Intent for approval into the program.
- Commit to an entire year of the Coaching Curriculum. (Note: This is an (11) month
consecutive program with no classes in December.)
- Attend each course a minimum of (4) classes per course. (Note: There are currently
six Personal Development Courses.)
- Participate in a half hour clearing before and after classes with staff and the
other coaches. (5:30 p.m. & 9:30 p.m.)
- Receive weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with an Intern or Mentor.
- Commit to an exit interview should you choose to leave the program prior to completion.

Intern Program

Develop A Profound Understanding Of Yourself And Others As A Leader
Our Intern program is not for the meek. This program is designed to practice leadership.
You will set your goal and be accountable to move fully into it over the year! During
this program you will observe Lynn interacting with the current coaches and participants
via class web monitor while dialoging with each other in private how you would intuitively
handle each situation. This class is designed for those who want personal and professional
advancement. Whether you choose to become part of the Intuitive Development team
as a Consultant or choose to use the tools you have learned and practiced to become
an Associate in your own professional field of expertise, this program will further
your leadership abilities.
In The Intern Program You Will:
- Experience profound self inquiry and awareness
- Move further on your journey of enlightenment and empowerment
- Integrate the background, knowledge and tools you’ve learned so that you can use
them for healing and helping yourself and others in a spiritual and compassionate
way
- Determine whether you want to use your certification as an IDA (Intuitive Development
Associate) or an IDC (Intuitive Development Consultant)

- To be eligible you must have completed the Intuitive Development Coaching Program
- Commit to the entire year of the Intern Curriculum
- Submit a Personal Manifestitation Letter explaining what goal you will be
accountable to achieve during this program.
- Commit to a 15-minute per week personal Coaching Session with Lisa
- Participate in weekly Peer Mentoring with other Interns, watching the web
cam film of class, for Guided Practice with the intentions of:
- Did you catch where the participants were out?
- What did they say to make you think that?
- How did it reference the Intuitive Development tools?
- How would you council or answer them?
- You need to be able to identify the subtlties & direction Lynn is going in to apply
the tools.
- When looking for the answer for them you will need to show them the tools instead
of doing it for them. How will you implement this?
- Use your ability to apply the tools for yourself and in one on one coaching with
the current coaches before and after class sessions with Lynn & Lisa (5:30 PM and
9:30 PM)
- Participate in an experience of "Running the Class" while being observed in your
techniques as listed in #5.

These workshops are a great way to introduce friends and
family to Lynn's gifts and the knowledge that they too have the ability to claim
