Facility Rental
The Center for Intuitive Development, situated in a lakeside business center in North Phoenix, features classrooms, a conference room and treatment room space to suit a variety of needs.
Classroom:
The classroom offers more than 800-square-feet of flexible space available for hourly or daily classes or workshops for up to 40 people. It includes access to amenities including TV, DVD, stereo system with surround sound, CD/MP3 connection, tables, chairs, kitchenette, reception area, and restrooms.
Classroom rates:
• Hourly (2-hour minimum) $45
• Full day $200
Conference Room:
The conference room comfortably seats 10 to 12 people and features a view of the lake. It also includes access to a phone for conference calls as well as white boards. Please call to discuss further customization options.
Conference room rates:
• Hourly (2-hour minimum) $35
• Full day $165
Treatment Room:
Our treatment room offers a tranquil environment with a beautiful lakeside view. The room is fully equipped for massage, reiki, reflexology, or hypnotherapy, and includes access to a massage table, CD player and candles.
Treatment room rates:
• Hourly (2-hour minimum) $25
• Full day $125
We also offer promotion of all events in our events calendar, website and in our monthly e-newsletter.Please note, Intuitive Development, its staff or resource members are under no obligation to advertise or endorse events or activities.
For rental agreements we require the following information: a detailed description of the class or service being offered, requested dates and times (include a first and second choice), and expected number of participants attending.
Space is available to groups or individuals whose programming is in alignment with The Center for Intuitive Development, and is offered on a first come, first served basis and at the discretion of Intuitive Development, LLC. All contracts include a 30-day cancellation policy and hold-harmless agreement.
